What remains of home when you've long moved out? In "Fam." host Kathrin meets prominent guests – and their mothers, fathers, siblings, or other people close to them. Together they talk about what lies beneath the surface: role models, family imprinting, passing on and letting go. What do we automatically inherit – and what do we fight against all our lives? Who talks to whom, and how? And what happens when we suddenly look differently? On September 28th, guest Pınar Karabulut, co-intendant of Schauspielhaus Zürich, will be there with someone from her family. An evening about the drama and beauty of family – the most intimate and enduring relationship of our lives. It will be warm, funny, and possibly powerful – and, in the best case, something we can all take home. Kathrin Hönegger is a journalist, author, and moderator. She is interested in people – and what moves them. With attitude and warmth, with freshness and presence, she creates conversations that allow closeness and space for genuine thoughts and connection: clear, open, and on equal footing. With "Fam." she is realizing her own talk format for the first time in front of an audience.
