The personality and work of Franz Kafka inspire and provoke expressions from creators of many artistic genres, literary researchers, and experts, as well as a broad reading public, not only during the period of heightened interest surrounding the centenary of the writer's death. Franz Kafka has also become an inspiration for the creation of an original full-length dance performance choreographed and directed by Markéta Pimek Habalová. Her concept will bring to the stage a dance work with symbolic and emotional expression, with Kafka as both a person and a writer as its central element.
