The 5th edition of «Jurassic Cuisine – PUR» is dedicated to autumnal dishes from the Jura mountains and the region – pure, in their most natural form and in the most beautiful colors of the season. Albi von Felten will guide the evening, introducing the wonderful products from the entire Jura region and sharing exciting stories about the unique producers. The event is complemented by atmospheric visual impressions.
