At Esther and Thomas Villiger from Wine&Dine at Spier in Elfingen, you can expect an exclusive New Year's Eve for connoisseurs. To mark the end of the year, they will treat you to a 7-course menu made from selected regional ingredients. Wild from Oberzeihen, Cornelian cherries from Linn, vegetables from their own garden, Fricktale gourmet cheese, and other regional specialties make the menu a delightful journey through the region. Optional wine pairings will be served to complement the meal. Before dessert, there will be a quiet and mysterious moment: Benno Stupf, landscape guide of Jurapark Aargau, will take you on a nocturnal walk through Jurapark. During about an hour, you will discover the special atmosphere of New Year's Eve and learn exciting facts about the night, its significance for humans and nature, as well as about the animals and landscapes of Jurapark. Afterwards, you will return to Spier, where the culinary evening continues.
