Description
JAHRES AUS KLANG
Not for listening. For experiencing. There are days between the years when the world becomes quieter for a moment. The past is still close, the new is not yet here – a time for reflection, letting go, and asking: What do I take with me into the year ahead? From this very time, JAHRES AUS KLANG creates a shared concert evening. AIANA, YAVANI, and pianist Thomas Duttenhöfner weave three-part live singing with piano, handpan, duduk, and flutes from around the world into powerful, touching soundscapes that fill the church space sometimes quietly, sometimes with full energy. YAVANI is a performer on stage whose music has reached over 100 million streams through his projects – he is rarely seen live. Listening alone is not enough on this evening: those who wish can become part of what is created in the room – completely without obligation, because everyone may, no one must. And some surprises will remain until the evening. JAHRES AUS KLANG is not a traditional Christmas concert, but an invitation to consciously end the year: an evening between farewell and new beginnings – not just to listen, but to experience. The concert series supports the EarthChild Project in Cape Town. Note: It can be cool in the churches during winter. Please dress warmly – those who get cold quickly are welcome to bring a blanket.
