We sharpen the perception of what is present within us in the moment and bring it into motion. "Inside-Out" is an invitation to understand the body not as a tool, but as a temple of your being and soul. We give space to what is often neglected in everyday life and enter a protected space where everything can find expression. Give your soul a voice through free movement in community. Gaga elements flow in, inspired by Stefanie's over 10 years of experience as a former Gaga teacher.

Inside-Out is a dance event taking place in Zurich at jenseits IM VIADUKT. It offers an opportunity to experience the body as a temple of the soul and to express through movement in community.
