Original? Copy? Truth? Fake? If you no longer know what is being played here, let alone by whom, then you are right in the middle of the new program "I Just Missed It" by the master of sophisticated nonsense, Daniel Helfrich. He convincingly parodies himself and even visually gives the impression of being Daniel Helfrich. Sounds funny? It is! Daniel Helfrich has probably had a clone for breakfast. In a clever game of confusion, Daniel Helfrich presents largely unpublished pearls of his work: songs about horse women, impatience, football experts, artificial intelligence, and "Schlechterwisser". Witty social-critical piano cabaret about identity, the search for oneself, and the big questions of our time: Do we sometimes stand in our own way too much? Is the copy better than the original, and are we not all a little Daniel? Accompanying himself virtuously on the piano, "Everybodys Daniel" explores a variety of musical styles in this funniest and only pseudo-tribute show in the world. Hilariously, he not only targets impersonators, tribute shows, and all our lives with full humor but also proves above all that he can do one thing: laugh at himself. Cheers, double, cheerfulness, and a sophisticated quirky homage to the I in each of us... A musically captivating hit mix with double laughter guarantee, where everyone will realize: "I Just Missed It". The event starts at 8 p.m., with doors opening at 7:15 p.m. Tickets are available through the Gernsbach City Cultural Office, with all seats costing €18 and €16 in presale.
