Description
After two spring concerts in Reykjavik, the trio Mori – Gunnarsdóttir – Guðmundsdóttir now performs in Switzerland with the program "Hverfult– ephemeral." Under this theme, the audience can expect a versatile chamber music evening for voice, cello, and piano.
The program features 20th-century compositions by Alma Mahler, Frank Bridge, and Samuel Barber, combined with contemporary works. Alongside a spherical composition by the Icelander Anna Þorvaldsdóttir, there will be a Swiss premiere of the Aarau composer Samuel Dale Cook as well as a rhythmically energetic highlight by Jake Heggie.
