Wood or Steel - A Literary Musical Wine Tasting

Description

The winemakers in the Naturgarten Kaiserstuhl produce excellent wines with a lot of love and great skill. They ferment in steel tanks or mature in noble oak barrels. We introduce the different maturation methods, listen to literary texts, sounds of metal and wood, and have the matching wines in the glass. This is the second event in the series "Literature and Wine" at Kumedi in Riegel in collaboration with Naturgarten Kaiserstuhl, following the "Gray Miracle" last autumn with the best Grauburgunders of Kaiserstuhl.

General Information

The event takes place at the Kumedi Theater in Riegel am Kaiserstuhl and offers a unique combination of wine tasting and literary texts. The winemakers present their wines, which are fermented in steel tanks and matured in wooden barrels.
