Description

Moon wood for furniture is harvested in winter during the waning moon according to ancient knowledge – in the resting phase of the trees, only half of the sap remains in the trunk, and the water content decreases due to the influence of the moon. This causes it to dry faster, be more resistant, and less susceptible to pests. Chemical wood preservatives are unnecessary because the wood remains durable over generations thanks to its natural properties.
