Hackbrett Festival Binn

Description

Since 2019, the Binn Culture Association and the Binntal Landscape Park have been organizing a three-day festival at the beginning of October. This year, six concerts and three taster courses are offered. On Friday, October 2nd, the ensemble "Schlagwerk" with Beat Jaggy, David Elsig, Yvette Hutter, and Martin Venetz opens the eighth edition of the Hackbrett Festival Binn. On Saturday, October 3rd, three concerts are scheduled: a solo concert by Nikita Pfister with Tympanon (French "Hackbrett") and a musical dialogue with Finnish Kantele and Hackbrett with Kirsi Jacot and Ruedi BischoffQuartet "Äädig" with Joshua Broger and earthy band sound. On Sunday, two more concerts follow: Hackbrett duo "Flickflaude" with Urs Grob and Roland Küng, "Hackbrättgruppa Oberwallis" - with up to seven Walliser Hackbretters. Additionally, on Saturday/Sunday, three taster courses for curious people who want to get to know the Walliser Hackbrett better are held.
