Guided snowshoe hike on the Piz Dolf / Trinserhorn 3000m

Description

A spectacular snowshoe hike in the UNESCO World Heritage Tectonic Arena Sardona!

From the mountain station of the new FlemXpress, you follow the Oberer Segnesboden snowshoe trail for a short distance and continue across the imposing white expanse up to the Sardona Pass. The broad ridge up to the pre-summit of Piz Dolf is a little more challenging, but without any major difficulties. Continue along the ridge to the main summit. This is not the only time the view is stunning!
The snow on the descent can now be really enjoyed, as the route follows the same path, the Martinsloch can be seen once again and after the small counter-climb, the gondolas are already waiting for the descent.

This hike requires experience in snowshoeing and a good level of fitness. Depending on the conditions, the ridge between the pre-summit and main summit does not always allow traversing. This does not make the experience any less enjoyable!
