Would you like to challenge yourself in the heart of the Vaud Alps? Whether you're an experienced runner, a Sunday jogger, or out with the whole family – join us and spend an active and social day in the beautiful surroundings of Frience! There is something for all ages and fitness levels: * **Adults** * **10 km** – elevation gain/loss +/- 465 m: Circular route starting from Buvette de Frience via La Mérine, Les Chaux, Taveyanne, and Combe du Scex. * **5 km** - elevation gain/loss +/- 290 m: Circular route starting from Buvette de Frience via La Mérine, Les Chaux, and Combe du Scex. * **Children: 1 km** - elevation gain/loss +/- 55 m: Circular route starting from Buvette de Frience, passing over the plateau and around the lake. **Many prizes to be won!**: Ski pairs, meal vouchers, tickets for Bains de Villars and Bains de Lavey, hotel discounts, and much more! ### Registration * Registration required at: [https://www.mso.swiss/events/2582-10-k-de-gryon](https://www.mso.swiss/events/2582-10-k-de-gryon). ### Schedule * 9:30 AM: Start of the 10 km run * 10:00 AM: Start of the 5 km run * 11:30 AM: Children's race * 12:30 PM: Award ceremony for children * 1:30 PM: Children's show with the famous THIERRY MIDI * 2:00 PM: Award ceremony for adults * 2:30 PM: Rock concert with EDDY RAY COOPER
