The basic training in Transactional Analysis lasts three years. The course includes comprehensive training in the personality, communication, and counseling concepts of 'Transactional Analysis'. This enables you to professionally lead, advise, educate, and support people. Content As a participant in the basic training, you will mature in your personality. One of the overarching goals is to achieve autonomy. In terms of Transactional Analysis, this includes: -Awareness: perceiving everyone and everything in their uniqueness without judgment -Spontaneity: flexibility in thinking, feeling, and acting, free from your history, acting in the here and now -Intimacy: free and open expression of your own feelings in the presence of others, both positive and negative You will learn: -to understand and apply theoretical models of Transactional Analysis -to connect theory and practical exercises, relating them to your personal and professional life, which will expand your action competencies. Prerequisite Certificate TA 101 or another equivalent training. You also bring curiosity to explore the fundamentals of Transactional Analysis. You are willing to reflect on, understand, and find new, adapted ways, solutions, and forms of expression in the here and now regarding your own relationship design and the associated feelings, thoughts, and behaviors.
