On January 5th, the Oberägerer Legoren will open their Fasnacht at exactly 7:24 PM with the Grindufhänkete, the first in Central Switzerland. Surrounded by Legoren, Tirolers, Tambourines, and accompanied by the cacophonous sounds of the Guggenmusigen F’Ägerer and Papageno, Legorenvater Martin I. will deliver the Fasnacht opening speech on the village square, while the grand Legor is ceremoniously raised.
