Description
This exhibition at Landesmuseum Zürich presents a comprehensive look at visual communication and its impact on everyday life. The first part features historical posters and objects illustrating how graphic design creates desire, conveys stereotypes, and shapes cultural identities, including representations of gender roles, Swissness, and exotic motifs. The second part reveals how graphic design is created, from poster design and logos to typography, stamps, and exhibition graphics.
