Description
Girls and Boys is the story of a woman recounting her meeting with the father of her children and their family life. Initially funny and poignant, her story gradually takes us into the depths of her history and the drama that changed her life. In her staging, Clémence Mermet chooses to entrust the monologue to two actresses: two facets of the same story, two relationships with the world that confront or complement each other, revealing the full complexity of human emotions in the face of violence. An unrelenting text where love is intertwined with pain, laughter, and astonishment, written by the brilliant British author Dennis Kelly and enhanced by musical compositions by Timothée Giddey. SABBIA NELLA FIGA // Friday, March 12 at 9:00 PM, free entry Shells and Crustaceans This lively trio creates a mischievous pop music enriched with drum machines and light instruments like the wind.
