Description

Heading to space. Aboard a drifting station, Kyril and Boris float in the vastness. How to hold on, alone, in this suspended time? Their only link to Earth: a woman who, from the ground, tries to communicate with them, changing voice and face according to uncertain connections. Gradually, the balances shift. Boris sinks into melancholy while Kyril abandons himself to a form of intoxication. The more one falters, the more the other exalts, and the duo creates a situation comedy as subtle as it is disarming. On stage, no special effects or technology: everything is made live. A puppet theater becomes a galaxy, a few objects are enough to bring forth planets and storms. Driven by music and the inventiveness of the stage, this theater of illusion creates, with almost nothing, entire constellations. Bathed in laughter and wonder, Rockets rekindle our childlike gaze and our taste for the imaginary. Extend the evening with a meal and activities, then experience the unusual opportunity to sleep on the main stage during our famous Night on the Boards!
