Description

This course offers a comprehensive overview of emotion-focused therapy (EFT), covering its theoretical foundations, the five movements of the EFT tango, and core experiential microinterventions. Participants will observe practical demonstrations, engage in exercises, and learn how to work with primary attachment relationships. The training is suitable for psychosocial and therapeutic professionals, including psychotherapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, and students, with no prior knowledge required.
