"These Possible Lives" is a group exhibition that combines new and existing productions as well as works from the Baloise Collection, illuminating fiction and speculation as driving forces in art. Loosely inspired by Fleur Jaeggy's book "These Possible Lives" – a collection of concise essays about the lives of fellow writers – the works intertwine in a web of connections and effects, as if each one were a possible scenario that could be confirmed by another. Amidst this play of cycles and contexts, "These Possible Lives" moves like fiction and unfolds through a series of open questions: How can a group of artworks form a coherent story? Can there be a collective interpretation? Are thoughts feelings of frustration?
