Leisure Group – On the Move Together

Description

Explore the canton of Thurgau with its many attractions together with like-minded people.

We have planned a ride with horse and carriage as well as a boat trip for you. Once we will tell stories based on a picture and once everything is still open.

Our group is led by two professionals and accompanied by volunteer helpers. A restaurant visit or picnic is always part of the joint excursion. Caregivers are welcome to participate or use the time for themselves.

Dates: 28.05. / 25.06. / 27.08. / 22.10.2026
It is also possible to attend only individual excursions.

Time: 13:45 to a maximum of 17:30

Meeting point: Weinfelden train station, at the kiosk

Cost: Participation is free of charge. Participants pay for their own consumptions, any entrance fees, and transport costs.

Equipment: Good footwear and weather-appropriate clothing. The excursion takes place in any weather.

General Information

The leisure group for people with dementia meets regularly for excursions in Thurgau. The events take place in any weather and also include restaurant visits or picnics. Participation is free, but registration and own costs for food and admission are required.
