This event offers an experiential space for sincere expression, embodiment, and human connection. Participants will explore movement, voice, presence, and theater elements to discover how it feels to truly show yourself. The workshop encourages trying new forms of expression, consciously leaving old patterns behind, and engaging with others beyond usual boundaries. Attendees will practice speaking thoughts and feelings directly, taking responsibility for their experience, and becoming visible even in vulnerable or uncomfortable moments. No prior experience is needed—just openness for self-exploration and honest interaction.
