Description

This course, organized by Schwimmschule Amriswil at Rehaklinik Zihlschlacht, aims to teach children aged 4 and above essential swimming techniques, including breathing underwater, floating, and forward movement in shallow water. Participants will learn to push off from the pool edge and swim 3-4 meters with alternating kicks, all in a supportive setting. The course consists of 8 lessons of 30 minutes each, with a focus on building confidence and swimming skills.
