After a few years as a production manager and junior agent in a small organization, Nadia Mitic started her first booking agency in 2014, then partnered with Swiss-German agents to create Glad We Met in 2017, specializing in the development of Swiss and international artists. Since then, she has been involved in the musical programming of a contemporary music venue in Valais and Garden Parties in Lausanne, the implementation of the cantonal artist support program SALTO, and the role of artist support coordinator at La Case à Chocs in Neuchâtel. Since 2025, Nadia Mitic has been working as a music programmer at RTS in Lausanne. She also regularly provides training for SONART, HEMU, SAE, FCMA, and offers artist residencies for the Canton of Valais as well as the Neuchâtel cultural office, in addition to being a Jury Member for the Swiss Music Prize.
