This training is based on the information and awareness campaign launched in 2023 by Action Intermittence on issues related to the social status of artists and cultural actors. A brief overview of etiquette and other rules of the game - also translated into German, Italian, and Romansh - will guide the discussion. The key word: the end of romanticism. Whether it concerns the legal framework governing employment relationships (statuses, social security rights) or resources available on this topic, this meeting will also be an opportunity to quickly review the essential points for good practices across various artistic sectors, especially music.
