Graubünden drives through Zurich! From November 1, 2026 to February 28, 2027, the Fondue-Tram becomes the Graubünden Edition and brings Bündner delights to the rails. While Zurich passes by the window, guests can expect a culinary journey through Graubünden. The focus is on a fondue made from real Bündner mountain cheese. Selected Bündner specialties are served alongside – from Bündnerfleisch, Bündner raw ham, and Salsiz to vegan Capuns and a sweet finish with Bündner nut tartlets. Behind the specialties are producers from Graubünden who ensure genuine Bündner enjoyment with their craftsmanship and products.
