Description
La raisinée – also called cooked wine – is the result of a very old practice, a kind of culinary alchemy: in autumn, pear or apple juice is cooked in large pots over wood fires for several hours. A concentrated juice is obtained, which used to replace sugar. Today, it is served with vanilla ice cream, meringues, and crêpes or used to make delicious pastries like the famous raisinée tart. From 10 am, covered craft market, hot food, various entertainment for children and adults. And additionally on Sunday: Cors des Alpes - La Foulée Folklorique.
**Saturday** * **10:00 am**: Opening of the covered market, lighting of the cooking process, and making of bénichon mustard. * **From 11:00 am**: Food service under the tent. * **6:00 pm**: Market closing. * **8:00 pm**: Musical evening (Karaoke). **Sunday** * **9:00 am**: Opening of the covered market. * **From 10:00 am:** Arrival of the group “La Foulée Folklorique”. * **From 11:00 am**: Food service under the tent. * Variety: Cors des Alpes entertainment. * **5:00 pm**: Bottling of the raisinée. * Closing of the market and festivities. Both days, sale of raisinée, bar, various food options, entertainment, and a children's area.
