Festival of Young Wines in Šatov

The annual Festival of Young Wines organized by the Šatov Winemakers' Association brings a festive wine program to the whole of Šatov in celebration of the November feast of St. Martin. The event will kick off at 1 PM with the blessing of the young wines of the new vintage at St. Martin's Church. Then, a procession led by Martin on a white horse will take to the streets of the renowned wine village. At 2 PM, the gates of the Cultural House will open, and local winemakers will offer tastings of the young wines from the new vintage. In the afternoon, guests can enjoy music from a cimbalom band, and in the evening, there will be a traditional dance party that lasts until dawn.
