Description
As tradition dictates, the "Goat Meat Gastronomic Review" returns. Various specialties will be prepared during the opening days of many restaurants in Vallemaggia and the Locarno region and its valleys. To inaugurate the review, the "cicitt" evening (the famous regional goat sausage, recognized for a few years as a "slow-food" product) will also be held in various local restaurants. This event is organized by the Association of Cicitt Producers of the Locarno Valleys, founded in 2006 and composed of local breeders, butchers, and gastronomes, aiming to promote "cicitt," a traditional sausage made exclusively from goat meat. An evening to enjoy good company and good humor, by the fireplace, in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Organized by: Associazione Centro Capra.
