With the Celtic Festival – Between Scotland and Galicia, sail along the Atlantic coasts, from the northern islands to the southern shores of Europe, with some Scandinavian detours... Through music, songs, and dances, a vibrant world takes shape between land and sea, where myths and legends, languages, and ancient traditions intertwine, inviting shared imagination. Born in the 1960s amidst the buzz of scenes and festivals, contemporary Celtic practices continue to invent and reinvent themselves. Rich in their heritage and open to current creations, they are transmitted, move, and transform. The invited artists embody this diversity, each in their own way. From the bagpipes of northern Spain to percussive Irish sean-nós dance, from Breton festoù-noz to Shetland fiddle sessions, the Celtic Festival opens spaces and times for contrasting encounters: in the intimacy of a pub, the magic of a story, or the contemplation of nature's mysteries.
