Female Timeout – Silence and Strength

Three days of time out for women in Lenk. With meditation, free yin dance, and mindful moments, space is created to find calm, draw new strength, and consciously experience one's femininity. Give yourself a break from everyday life and immerse yourself in three days full of silence, movement, and new strength. From November 27 to 29, 2026, the "Female Timeout – Silence and Strength" will take place in Lenk. The seminar invites women to escape the hectic everyday life for a few days and consciously find peace. Meditation and free yin dance support following one’s inner impulses and drawing new energy. The focus is on connecting with oneself, consciously experiencing one's femininity, as well as a strengthening time in the winter mountain world. Registration and Seat Reservation Registration is binding as soon as the seminar fee has been received. After registration, participants will receive an individual invoice considering the desired room. Cancellation Conditions: Until October 15, 2026, registration can be reversed for a fee of CHF 80.–. From November 1, 2026, the full course fee is due. Leader: Stefanie Heinis, dance therapist with 12 years of experience in the women’s setting.
