Description

Two artistic approaches converge beyond the realm of the audible—where the voice becomes a presence and silence takes on a language of its own. Faces of singers, sculpted from clay, encounter large-format paintings. Halos radiate around the faces; the “Choristes” sing out to the viewer. The painting responds with color, form, space, and a quiet inner movement. From the individual, a community emerges; from form, something that points beyond it.
