Description
Everdance® offers a lively dance class where participants learn easy dance steps from various partner dances like waltz, samba, salsa, rumba, foxtrot, and tango, all performed solo in a group setting. The course is designed to strengthen muscles, activate circulation, and provide a stimulating workout for both brain hemispheres, all while having fun to popular music hits. The program runs over two months, with nine sessions held weekly at GZ In der Au, led by instructor Adriana Dello Buono.
