(formerly ENL) comes directly from the clinic, and rarely has anyone handled their own impairment with such care and self-irony. es nervt langsam are Zo Hug and Olivier Zurkirchen (Olan!): Zo sings and speaks, Oli plays synthesizer and makes beats, both sticky, dark, and playful, making you feel all warm inside. Their stage presence is famously unbeatable, and in October, an incredible debut album titled «LG usem Loch» will be released, telling stories of violence, injury, and the unwavering will to recover, of therapy and hospital stays, of anger and solidarity. Yes, it's tough, and equally humorous. And what else: storytelling pop, hyper-hits, a worthy revival of the Bernese dialect tradition?
