Storytelling Café theme this time: "Books of My Childhood - Music of My Youth" Storytelling cafés originated in the 1980s in the USA, when people first gathered to exchange individual and subjective life experiences on predetermined topics. The first storytelling café was established in 1987 in Berlin and quickly spread across Europe. A storytelling café is neither a coffee gathering nor a regular pub talk. Rather, it is about a respectful, inspiring exchange of life experiences, providing insight into other realities of life. These are treated confidentially. We meet at the Reformed Parish House.
