Embodied Connection is a 3-hour experience led by Alliyah, created as a space to reconnect with your body, yourself, and others. Participants will explore movement, presence, expression, and authentic human connection in a small group setting, with no pressure to perform or move in a specific way. The session includes body and presence exercises, breath awareness, guided movement journeys, free movement, encounter exercises, and reflection, unfolding naturally from the group's energy. No prior experience is needed—just bring curiosity and an open mind.
