Diego Valsecchi was born and raised in Visp and has always been an Elvis fan. And a certain natural resemblance cannot be denied, which early on sparked the desire to slip into the role that so many see in him. After studying acting in Munich at the Otto-Falckenberg School, he first took up a permanent engagement at the Bern City Theatre, later working freelance as an actor and singer at city theatres as well as in the cabaret and musical scene. As part of the music-cabaret duo Valsecchi & Nater, he conceived five full-length programs until he fulfilled his dream of creating his very own Elvis character, full of charm and passion.
