Edelwhite Gin Workshop - Gin distilling

Description

After 3 hours and 3 gin and tonics at the Edelwhite gin distillery in Ebnet, you can take home your own 500 ml bottle of gin based on a recipe you have created yourself. We'll even keep your recipe so that if your friends and family are impressed by your creation, we can distil your recipe again later.

We tell the exciting story of gin, spanning from the 18th century to the present day, and guide you through the distillation process.

With our selection of over 25 botanicals, you can be really creative and create your own gin. Whether spicy or mild, citrusy or fruity, we offer a wide selection and are happy to help you with weighing and measuring. One or two people can create a recipe on one of our 3-liter stills and take the result home with them.

General Information

The Edelwhite Gin Workshop takes place at the Lindenhof in Ebnet, Switzerland. Participants learn about gin history and distillation, and can craft a personalized gin recipe to take home. The event lasts approximately three hours and includes tastings.
