Description

The two musicians move between Roma melodies, Klezmer, Musette, Tarantella, and their own creations. Their music is sometimes dance-like and forward-driving, sometimes calm and melancholic – always immediate, lively, and finely nuanced. The duo's joy of playing is particularly evident: Juliette Du Pasquier and Marc Hänsenberger respond to each other, to the space, and to the mood of the audience. This creates an open sound space that allows closeness and makes each concert a unique, one-of-a-kind encounter.
