Disney The Hunchback of Notre Dame

Description

Disney's The Hunchback of Notre Dame tells the moving story of the disfigured Quasimodo, who grows up hidden high above the rooftops of Paris, far away from the world but full of longing for it.

When he ventures out among the people for the first time at the Festival of Fools, he gets into trouble and meets the courageous Esmeralda, who shows him compassion and friendship. Their encounter sparks a touching story about exclusion, love and justice, told against the powerful backdrop of Notre-Dame Cathedral, with breathtaking music and great emotions.

Based on Victor Hugo's world-famous novel, the musical combines the unforgettable Disney songs of Alan Menken, the multiple Oscar-winning composer, and Stephen Schwartz, another Oscar-winning songwriter. Powerful choirs, tender ballads and a rousing live orchestration create a stage epic full of passion, hope and humanity.
