The protagonist actually wants to spend the evening comfortably with a glass of Crément
– but societal and Christmas cleaning pressure forces her to declutter. What starts as a harmless attempt to create order escalates into a
bizarre chain reaction:
Chaos instead of enlightenment: In trying to clean, bake cookies, and organize life, she stumbles over old plastic bowls, 97 cream samples, ex-
