Die ungestellte Antwort - Musikalische Lesetour 2026

Description

Rene El Khazraje, known as MC Rene, presents 'Die ungestellte Antwort' — an extraordinary musical reading experience that combines literature, memory, and music. He reads selected passages from his autobiographical book and connects them with songs from his accompanying album. The event explores personal stories of heritage, family, social ascent, failure, and the search for belonging, taking the audience from Braunschweig's Weststadt through key moments in German hip-hop history to a late encounter with his father in Morocco. This is not a traditional rap show or a typical reading but a personal evening bridging book and stage, narration and song, memory and present. After the performance, attendees can engage in conversations, get autographs, and purchase books, albums, and merchandise.
