Urs Landis's knitting is a small knitting workshop in Turgi. The first, 1.3-ton heavy knitting machine was still in the parental winter garden. After moving to the Turgi train station, he knits seamless sweaters, scarves, and hats under the label "herr urs". Meanwhile, he has five machines for fine to coarse yarns. Landis handles every step from design to finished product and also fulfills special requests for the Zurich Opera House. 6:00 PM – 7:15 PM
Mr. Urs welcomes you in the shop in the garage, then guides you through his workshop rooms and presents his five different knitting machines. He talks about his challenges in programming and creating, how his knitted goods are made, where the wool comes from, and with which fashion labels and clients he collaborates. 7:30 PM – 8:45 PM
