Since 1970 Did brothers Karl-Heinz and Bernd expect, when founding the Amigos, to be able to perform their anniversary concert in Sempach 55 years later? An incredible success story that initially took them through villages and small towns and has now placed them among the greats of folk pop in recent years. Did you know that in 1986 an enthusiastic fan enabled their first CD production? But it quickly became clear to the Amigos that their place is on stage, and they feel most comfortable live. Their ever-growing fan base also wanted to hear their idols at home, leading to another CD – this time in their own recording studio. The breakthrough In early 2006, the Amigos were crowned Musikantenkönig in Achim's hit parade, and by the end of the year, they even earned the title Musikantenkaiser. The breakthrough was here! In 2007, they appeared in the 'Krone der Volksmusik' and their first DVD was released simultaneously. This was followed by 'Echo 2007', initially still in second place behind Andrea Berg – by 2011, this title was won in the 'folk music' category. In 2009, 2010, and 2012, they secured the 'Krone der Volksmusik'. Their success story could continue, as the two brothers look back on an incredible 55 years on stage. Their fans know: today, the two are unstoppable and go from success to success! Daniela – the star guest at the anniversary party For almost 25 years, Daniela Alfinito, daughter of Bernd, has been singing on stage with the Amigos. She also charts in the German-speaking countries and has reached the top three three times: in 2019 with the album 'Du warst jede Träne wert', in 2020 with 'Liebes-Tattoo', and two years later with 'Löwenmut'.
