Description

Tradition, honor, discipline, excellence – these are the four core principles that have been taught at Welton Academy for generations. But with the appearance of the young English teacher John Keating, the rigid traditions of the students at the boys' boarding school are suddenly challenged. In his unconventional teaching, he encourages students to develop their own personality and to internalize the motto "Carpe Diem! Seize the day!" When the young Neil learns about the mysterious "Dead Poets Society," of which his teacher Keating was once a member, he decides to revive the secret society together with his classmates.
