Description

Hannes Vogel: "The Attack of the Tech Billionaires" Trump is just the tip of the iceberg. The networks of US tech billionaires like Thiel, Musk, and Co are astonishingly extensive. And they not only want to abolish democracy in the USA, but they also want to change the world. Peters/Vogel provide the first comprehensive book about their thought leaders, their networks, their plans, and their political virulence. Behind the Trump administration stands an unholy alliance of tech billionaires, whose worldview is dominated by a wild mix of unrestrained technological faith, science fiction fantasies of immortality, Mars colonization, AI-driven wars, and ruthless winner mentality. Through intermediaries like JD Vance, they have access to power and will retain it long after Donald Trump.
