Fascinated by the soulful depth and pulsating vitality of African-American gospel music, Denise Taylor's early dream was to touch hearts with her own voice and to give hope through music. As a soul singer and songwriter with academic training in Los Angeles and Stuttgart, tours with renowned gospel groups, and the André Rieu World Tour 2023, she now stands on stage with her own music, embodying this dream. Her vision: to celebrate the beauty of diversity in all its facets and to place humanity at the center as a bridge builder. With her four-piece band - Keys, Guitar, Bass, and Drums - the singer will mainly perform songs from her debut album Phoenix, which will be released in spring 2027. In the midst of an increasingly polarized society, where debates about migration, gender, and identity are often characterized by black-and-white thinking, Phoenix is understood as a homage to diversity and as a musical call for empathy and dialogue.
