Alaska, 2019. The body of Cynthia Hoffman, 19 years old, is found in a river. The last people to see her are her friends, Denali and Kayden. Through a tight interrogation, the detectives uncover a relentless plot, where digital appearances consume reality. Inspired by a true crime that shook America, Denali examines the drift of a youth shaped by screens and whose existence is measured by others' gaze, to the point of no return. The play borrows from cult series their tension and editing art: brief scenes, flashbacks, visual surges, and musical intensity orchestrate a sequence of places and eras with cinematic fluidity. A dark and chilling exploration, confronting us with a formidable moral dilemma while questioning our own fascination with true crime turned entertainment.
