Description

For the third time, the Lucerne Symphony Orchestra is giving an open-air concert at Europaplatz. The major event brings symphonic orchestral music to where Lucerne pulses: under the roof of the KKL Lucerne, directly on Lake Lucerne, and with free admission. The concert always excites a mixed audience – including people who rarely attend classical concerts. The special appeal lies in the combination of great orchestral music, an open atmosphere, and an impressive backdrop. The orchestra placed in the pavilion is technically amplified so that the symphonic sound can also unfold its effect outdoors. The Open Air 2027 will again be conducted by chief conductor Michael Sanderling. The program will be announced at a later date. Line-up
