Her new album "Like A Girl," which will be released in spring 2027, is her most personal work to date. It revolves around connection and the struggles of being a woman, chosen family, farewell, mental health, love, and empowerment. Musically, she remains rooted in pop but opens her sound in all directions. Indie influences meet warm choirs, guitars, and keys with a touch of 70s and 80s feeling. Sometimes reduced, sometimes euphoric but always very close. With her direct, clear language, DANA manages to make personal stories tangible without losing the quiet hope.
